Contact lenses
For everyday wear or occasional moments, we’ll help you explore contact lenses that suit your eyes, prescription and routine.

We check your eye health and current prescription, then discuss the lens options that may suit you.
We show you how to insert, remove and care for your lenses, with time to build confidence.
A follow-up helps us review your trial. Regular aftercare checks support comfortable, safe lens wear.
A fresh pair for each wear, whether you use lenses regularly or for particular activities.
Lenses worn again according to their prescribed schedule, with the cleaning and storage routine explained by your optometrist.
Ask about options for astigmatism, multifocal lenses and rigid gas-permeable lenses. We’ll assess what is suitable for your eyes.
For children with short-sightedness, we also offer myopia management assessments, including discussion of MiSight contact lenses.
Follow the wearing schedule and care routine prescribed for your lenses. Wash and dry your hands before handling them, use the recommended fresh solution for reusable lenses, and discard daily disposables after use.
Keep lenses away from water, including swimming and showering. Do not sleep in your lenses unless your optometrist has specifically prescribed this.
Remove your lenses and seek prompt professional advice. A red eye in a contact lens wearer needs urgent assessment: call the clinic during opening hours or contact NHS 111.
Urgent eye care →Further guidance: College of Optometrists contact lens advice and NHS red eye guidance.

We offer home delivery and monthly direct debit arrangements. Contact us with your lens details and we’ll explain the options and costs. We’ll need to confirm your current contact lens and sight test details before processing an order.
We can discuss your child’s needs and whether they are ready to handle and care for lenses, with your support. For short-sightedness, see our myopia management service.
You can bring used or out-of-date contact lenses to the recycling box in the clinic, even if you are not our patient. We accept hard and soft lenses from any brand.
Ask our team which arrangement suits you and for the full terms before joining.
