We discuss your vision and any concerns, check your eyesight and eye health, and explain your results and next steps. You can ask questions throughout.
Can I have a little extra time?
If you feel anxious or would prefer a longer appointment, please tell us when booking. We can allow an hour so you feel comfortable and have time to ask questions.
What happens after my appointment?
We explain your prescription and any recommended follow-up. When you buy your glasses from us, you’re welcome to return for fitting adjustments. Please contact us if you have concerns about your vision or eye health.
