Terms
- The friend you recommend must register as a patient with us
- You can collect as many vouchers as you make successful recommendations
- You can save up several vouchers towards a single purchase
- Once you have used a voucher you cannot use it again
- The voucher has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money
