Hear more of
what matters

Conversations. Connections. Everyday moments.

If listening feels harder than it used to, start with a friendly conversation and a hearing assessment.

Is listening taking more effort?

In conversation

You often ask people to repeat themselves, particularly when there’s background noise.

At home

The television volume is creeping up, or phone conversations are harder to follow.

At the end of the day

Keeping up with conversations feels tiring. A hearing check can help you understand what’s happening.

A clearer understanding.
A personal next step.

We listen

Tell us what you’ve noticed and which situations matter most to you.

We assess

Our audiology team examines your ears and assesses your hearing.

We explain

We talk through the results and suitable options, with time for your questions.

Good to know.

How can I look after my hearing?

Protect your ears around loud noise, keep listening volumes comfortable and avoid putting cotton buds or other objects into your ears.

Does hearing loss always mean I need hearing aids?

No. The right advice depends on the cause and your assessment. Wax, for example, can sometimes affect hearing. We’ll explain the options or advise on further care.

How do I arrange a hearing check?

Call 0118 981 0267 and ask for a hearing appointment. We can explain availability and fees before you book.

A sudden change needs prompt advice.

If hearing suddenly drops in one or both ears, worsens over a few days or weeks, or hearing loss comes with ear pain or discharge, seek an urgent GP appointment or contact NHS 111. Don’t wait for a routine hearing check.

Let’s talk about your hearing.

Our team can help you arrange the right appointment.
