Can we use an NHS or hospital voucher?
Yes. Many of our children’s frames are available at no extra cost with a suitable NHS or hospital voucher. Bring your voucher and we’ll explain the choices and any additional costs before you decide.
What protection is available for the lenses?
Our children’s lenses include a free anti-reflective coating. Additional scratch-protection and UV treatments are available. Ask our team about the scratch guarantee and its cover when you choose your coatings.
What if their glasses get damaged?
Bring them in so we can take a look. Small repairs can often be made straight away, and we’ll explain the options if more work is needed. We can also advise whether NHS help with repairs is available.
Does my child need an eye examination first?
If your child needs an eye examination, or you’re unsure whether their prescription is up to date, contact the team. If you already have a prescription, bring it along when choosing glasses.
